「We had a great time. From the moment we walked in we were treated very well! The cleaning ladies were amazing & so sweet. The front desk staff was helpful & kind as well. I loved having the pier, beach access and dinner/bar area all in one space. Everything was easy to get to. The location is amazing because there are a bunch of cute little places to go & eat or walk around at. We had the best time. The room was clean, towels were perfectly white & the beds were too! 「Although not beach front, short walk to the water. Older hotel, carpeted hallways, smells older. Kept clean. No resturant on site, food heated and served. Dog friendly! Staff great! Rooms are a bit dated, paint cracking, baseboards falling off, hair in clean bedsheets and towels (maybe from cleaning staff?). Overall if looking for a comfortable, dog friendly hotel stay we will return to give it another try.」

「I made a reservation for a double queen room, I get there and they switched us to a king room . She made it seem like I’m the one that made a mistake and there were no double bed rooms available and she gives me her personal air mattress for my kids to sleep on in the living room where I’m not even sure the locks work.The place is clean but extra towels or anything you have to pay for it. 「We arrived at the place around 9pm of Friday 5/29/26. After checking in we directly go to dinner and returned to the room around 11:00 PM. Getting in the room, we noticed a container of spackle, along with sandpaper blocks, left on the table and smeared spackle on the floor. Further inspection revealed a thick layer of spackle dust on the dresser and across all the surfaces in the room, even on the bed (see the attached pictures for reference).
