The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation and provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The unit provided everything we needed for a week stay and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. Communication before and throughout was top notch! We look forward to coming back hopefully soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental while traveling with my elderly parents and small grandchildren. The location was very convenient and the unit was clean, comfortable and well-maintained overall. One suggestion for future guests, especially seniors, would be to consider adding grab bars in the shower to improve safety and accessibility. We also noticed that the air conditioner wasn't cooling as efficiently as expected when we arrived, so we bought and replaced the very dirty air filter and that resolved the issue. These were minor concerns, and they did not take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. We appreciated the comfortable accommodations and would gladly recommend this property to others.

Worked for us

Place was very nice and clean. Being on the beach and right near the hot tub and pool was awesome. We were here for a wedding at Merrell Estates. The community center was nice for raining days and nights and having dinner with families.

Perfect.

The most convenient condo I’ve ever stayed in. So close to both the pool and the beach, with a beach locker so you don’t have to lug up wagons and canopies etc. zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice condo close to beach and pool

Everything was as listed. View of ocean was great, heated pool was lovely. Access to the sound was a real plus. It would have been improved by having more kitchen basics (pool safe cups, ziplocks, etc). Great stay on a great beach!

Beautiful location and steps to both the beach and the pool. The condo was very comfortable, although some of the furnishings are beginning to show a little wear. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee (great Ninja coffee maker!).

Quick family getaway

This location was perfect for our needs. Home was spacious and well stocked, conveniently located right next to elevator. The deck has cozy dinettes with a front row view of the ocean. I especially liked the heated pool. I was able to go directly from the hot tub to the pool with no temperature shock! I am hoping to visit again

Amazing views!

We opted for a condo this time around for our annual trip to Emerald Isle! This listing in particular was absolutely perfect. Ridiculously close to both the pool and ocean, with the most stunning views of the beach from the balcony! I cannot recommend this listing enough!! We will absolutely book with them again!
