This Airbnb is truly in an unbeatable location - nestled in a cute neighborhood right across from Piedmont Park, you can walk to Midtown, Virginia Highlands, Ponce City Market, coffee shops, grocery stores (Trader Joe`s/Whole Foods), and jump right on the Eastside Beltline (the most popular area!).

Furnished with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, this historic one-bedroom unit can accommodate up to four guests. The sleeper sofa is tight, so get ready to cuddle! (We also have an air mattress)

This house offers 10ft ceilings that give the space breadth and character. New laminate floors drive a clean atmosphere and a kitchen stocked with essential cookware gives you the option to enjoy a homecooked meal during your visit!

The living room is furnished with a comfortable and unique sofa, handpicked art, and extra blankets that are the perfect catalyst for a cozy movie night. Our flat-screen TV is paired with Roku, which will allow you to sign into all of your various streaming subscriptions. The living room is also stocked with board games, cards, and a record player to make for cozy evenings.

Inside the kitchen, you`ll find stainless steel appliances, as well as, all of the silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and plates you`ll need!

In terms of amenities, we`ve got you covered, too! You`ll have access to a private outdoor deck with outdoor furniture, a grill, basic essentials (soap, paper towels, towels, etc), and much more!
