Every thing was great accept the downstairs bedroom heating was not working so extremely cold …. We did reach out to the host to resolve the problem but unfortunately they were not able to resolve the problem until the 3rd day of our stay. Other than that the stay was comfortable.

This townhouse is fantastic! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and convenient to so much. My family of 4 was extremely comfortable, and having garage parking was a huge plus. The host was responsive and hospitable. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s absolutely fabulous!

The property was filled with cat hair. Not only on the floors, but downstairs bed linen, book cases and dryer lint filter.The host description offered dogs under 20 lbs. The host did offer to come and clean. That presented a problem because it isn't easy to contain cat hair. It would make the fur go air- bore! And many hours to contain.Unfortunately this caused allergy and asthma for a guest. The location is perfect to get around mid town and the 'burbs!Security the door leading from garage to townhouse doesn’t close/latch. Locks with dead bolt only. Its our only access to property. Folks coming and going couldnt secure safety

Property was just as pictured. Clean, Comfortable, well stocked. Loved the rooftop fire pit and lounge. Beds were not great - could use some mattress toppers and there were a few minor issues with various things but resolved quickly by the property manager

Weekend trip to Atlanta

My friends and I were looking for a space to rest while we explore the city for the first time. As long as we had the room and were somewhat close by to events we were satisfied. This location met and exceeded expectations both in space, proximity and style. Wonderful spot, no notes

Club sport trip to ATL

This was a great space for a family visit to ATL for club sports. The spacing was great and the convenience of the garage. The roof top was amazing- we ended every evening up there.

I would have loved to rate this VRBO a "5", but unfortunately I can't due to water pressure issues experienced in both upstairs bathroom showers, and especially the sink in the bathroom with the TUB. Additionally, the doors to the kitchen bathroom and the Tub Bathroom don't close well or stay closed.The Property manager was easy to deal with and we relayed these issue to him. I did forget to mention the doors issue.The location is excellent for getting around town. However, be aware TRAFFIC is extreme and all the time getting around, and especially on the freeways. (We rented a car). I would recommend if you don't mind unclosed bathroom doors or extremely low water pressure, especially the HOT water.

Atlanta

Excellent property, great location for access to downtown events, State Farm, Georgia Tech, Coke, Aquarium,and Football Hall of Fame all within 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood, but with the occasional fire engine. Property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever back in Atlanta.

Great stay

We were in town for a conference and this was the perfect place to stay. Location was great to be able to do some sightseeing while we weren’t working. Short ride to anywhere you needed to go. Place was beautiful and comfortable for a group. We were only 3 and it was more than enough space. I would definitely stay here again when I return to ATL.
