Lovely Home in Close Proximity to Downtown Roswell

This is really a lovely home. It was very clean, everything worked well, and it was in a good location. We did have an issue with a smoke detector beeping incessantly in the basement. The problem was that the basement isn't accessible to guests, so we had to put up with the noise for a couple of days. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Wedding in Georgia

With eight people staying in the house the space was perfect and we never felt crowded. Only minutes away from food shopping, downtown Roswell, and the Catahoochee Nature Preserve, there were sights to see and things to do. Really made our mini reunion special since we were able to be together. Thank you!

Great, modern home in the heart of Historic Roswell

This was a beautiful home located within 10 minutes of anything you need. In a neighborhood but has enough privacy. The listing descriptions are accurate. Would recommend!

Excellent location; lovely home!

I could not recommend this home more strongly. From the moment we booked this rental, the property manager was extremely responsive. The home was just as expected. Beautifully and artfully arranged. And extremely comfortable. Plenty of everything. Towels, bedding, etc. The pool is not heated but the owner was very clear about that being the case. That would be one desire. Overall excellent!

Excellent space!

What a great place to stay! The house is wonderful and the kitchen has been updated very well. Lots of room for everything that needs to be done. The screened in porch and the pool are excellent bonuses to have. Only complaints are that the kitchen wasn’t super well stocked with appliances and extras, and the driveway is extremely steep and a little hard to back out of, but these were both easy to overcome. We would definitely stay here again, and would consider buying the place if we ever saw a for sale sign!

Good Value

Nice house that has been updated - family stayed while we were in town for a PG baseball tournament. Pool was great to have for the boys to swim each day. Management Company was very responsive to any needs/questions we had.

Great stay

Our stay at this property was great! The house was very clean, and looked just like the listing pictures. Spent lots of time on the great screened in porch and the pool did not disappoint. We would stay here again if we travel to Atlanta in the future.
