The property was as described and in pretty good condition. The hosts were exceptional in their responsiveness to questions and any issues we had (none were their fault, we just couldn't figure out the pool heater interface lol). Beds were comfy and the house was clean. The house is located in a pretty good spot in a nice neighborhood and close to eating establishments and minor shopping. The yard was well manicured. The only thing to note is all the bedrooms are upstairs. I only mention because as someone who has had 3 spinal surgeries, I know this may be an issue to some.

This experience was five stars from beginning to end. The property was in a great neighborhood, and directions to the listing were exact. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta, and there are several grocery stores and shopping centers in the area. Smooth check in process, and the owners were quick to reply with any questions we had. There was ample room for our family with two teens. We absolutely LOVED the pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. The patio TV had some type of game playing just about the whole time we were there. The outside access bathroom was a wonderful addition as well. Plenty of towels, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen made our weekend away a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
