Located just 2.4 km from Atlanta History Center, provides accommodations in

Atlanta with an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, as well as a 24-hour

front desk. The accommodation is 8 km from Atlanta Botanical Garden, and

guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi.



The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

with a hairdryer and free toiletries, and a seating area. There's a dining

area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge.



“We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be

allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that

the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is

different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment

is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are

acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment

which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the

photos”



You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only).



Parking is available which is handled by 3rd party contractor. For more

A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.



Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the

property.

During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect

and to be considerate to your neighborhood.



In order for you to get the most out of it, we recommend you to follow these

few simple rules. These will avoid any misunderstandings and will ensure that

the house/apartment stays in good order.

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost,

or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for

damages and noise complaints.

valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for

articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after departure of the

guest".

Would never recommend this host to anyone

We were misled about the availability of the pool (in writing and on the telephone) and the type/amount of furniture in the room. This was before we booked the reservation, so we overspent for a room we would have otherwise not booked. This is dishonest. During the stay, there was a note left on the door stating that sub-letting was not allowed in the building. This was confusing and caused us unneeded stress, like we weren't allowed to be there?? We asked for only a partial refund for the pool being completely closed and have not had any support at all in making the matter right. Would never recommend this host to anyone.
