The staff were Awesome and very accommodating. When I booked I had no idea that the pool and hot tub would be down for maintenance during our stay, but staff were very helpful and offered my family shuttle service to a sister property to enjoy a swim!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Hilton because the facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I got the chance to relax during my stay. Breakfast was great, although we didn’t know a convention was going to be held at the hotel during the same weekend we stayed. The breakfast area got more crowded than anticipated. Aside from this minor concern, however, I enjoyed how clean my room and the rest of the facility was, as well as how attentive the staff was. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Overall clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The area I was in has plumbing issues. The hallway to my room had significant water damage and the floor was saturated with water. Sludge started coming up the sink in my room. I was moved to a different room and the light in the bathroom didn’t work and that sink didn’t drain correctly.
