We had a great experience and was great for the whole family. The only concern is with small kids because the street is so busy but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed. The host was very hospitable.

We’ve stayed in MANY VRBO’s and this was, by far, our family’s favorite. So many wonderful touches throughout the home made it feel so welcoming- they truly thought of everything. Home is close to so many attractions. Communication was great before and during our stay. If we find ourselves back in Atlanta we would most definitely stay here again.

There were plenty of supplies even complimentary snacks. Toiletries in both full baths. Close to all the attractions, publix, food. Host even has games on site and a book with take out menus.

We really enjoyed the house, location, beds, kitchen, and back patio. Felt very safe at night, would definitely return. Would have given 5 Stars across the board, but did not hear from host until 15 mins before check-in after texting him a few times hours before. Also, rooms were a bit dusty, floors were not very clean. That said, we travel a lot and can be nit-picky. Bottomline, we Would recommend this home.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The home is close to the road. You can hear traffic and nearby train. The room with the bunk bed is all black, including the stairs to the top bunk. At night its impossible to see the stairs. I suggest putting in a night light.

We really enjoyed our stay at #HankATL The home is beautifully decorated with all the necessities any traveler would need (plus a little extra). The host was very responsive and hospitable. This property was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway!

Although this was a last-minute relocation after our original reservation was canceled the day before our trip, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Daniel was an outstanding host who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.I have stayed at many Airbnb properties, and this one is easily a 10/10. The home looks exactly like the photos, if not better. There are many beautiful details throughout the house that are not even captured in the listing. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and the house smelled fresh and welcoming.Communication with Daniel was excellent, and he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Daniel is such a great host! The house is amazing and we didn’t want to leave. We didn’t even go out for nights out just to stay home and enjoy. Outstanding return stay at Daniel’s rental home. Plenty of room for the four of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Great location to the AmericasMart and Hero Donuts…:). Hopefully, the house will be available for our next visit!

Very Nice

Very nice and clean. Convenient to downtown Atlanta. Host has plenty of items you would need while staying like utensils, cooking spices, pots and pans, trash bags, coffee, etc.

Beautiful home, great host

Thank you! The entire family loved your home. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We really appreciated the level of hospitality, specifically making sure there was coffee, some snacks and a little candy. The relaxed check out procedure was also greatly appreciated. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Godly Trip

Daniel was more than accommodating. The place was sparkling clean and completely equipped. Very close to our venue (Mercedes-Benz Stadium). I’m not sure we could’ve had a better experience. Absolutely fantastic!

False advertising

Renters beware there is not a pool or hot tub or spa or gym on the property even knowing it says amenities on the property. No towels in the bathrooms. Nothing in the welcome book to explain where towels and toilet paper are. No grill that works. Grill outside is covered with trash. Next door to property is condemned property with homeless people. House has cameras but not detailed in the vrbo add. Set trash outside on porch went back into house to get shoes and trash was taken off the porch by someone. Contacted host about issues and host was argumentative. Told me I should have asked him before coming if all amenities were actually valid. He gave me multiple versions on why he falsely advertised. He even blamed vrbo.

Well designed and feels like home!

This home is everything you would hope from a short term rental. Clean, spacious, plenty of room to relax, talk and sleep and really beautiful. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the colors and decor is vibrant. Also, the home is includes every you need for your stay and you can find it easily (even left us a few sancks). Would definitely stay again!
