The room was infested with roaches, the coffee maker had dead roaches in it. The bathtub did not have a stopper, and I was charged $2.00 for a roll of toilet paper. Manager was horrible.

Very dissappointed in this hotel. Upon a checkin (that took 1hr 15min), first thing was to inspect the room before we did the paperwork...inspect it for what? If it was ok enough. First room wasn't (hole in the wall, heavy smoke smell poorly covered by air freshener). As I waited for the second room attemp, a couple was getting their 3rd room attempt (wrong bed size on their first and furniture storage in their second). My second room was better, but still in pretty rough shape, and still had a smoke-smell. The staff was very nice, but that couldn't compensate for the hotel's failures.

The heat didn’t seem to get above 65 so it was really cold throughout the night. Also, when we first arrived, not a single roll of toilet paper was in our room. At this point, the front office had closed so we couldn’t go ask for more. My boyfriend went to the hotels nearby and was able to buy a roll from a different hotel. We shouldn’t have to do that if we are paying for our own room and amenities. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom but thankfully we weren’t showering that night. The hair dryer smelled quite bad and there were stains on the thin comforter but it could’ve been worse i guess. not the best experience. i guess you get what you pay for but no toilet paper and no good heat is really disappointing.

Check every single thing. Beware of manager as he is very fake and ownership who does not care about anything but $$. Reported to BBB and Health department already. I lived here for 2 months and regret it deeply.

Roaches bed bugs prostitution blood all over my walls from prior gas, don't ask maintenance for anything or housekeeping because the manager may ask you to leave as a result of anything being wrong in your room, ask to inspect your room thoroughly before you agree to stay here, if the answer is no then don't stay. Don't expect a resolution if anything goes wrong, don't pay by wk or month, you maybe kicked out at any time with no refund. No working heat or AC for 3 days, got put out for asking for it to be fixed by manager whose backed by owner

**** DO NOT STAY HERE ****The room had cockroaches and bed bugs , the bedding was dirty, the floors had dirt everywhere!!!! I put My stuff right back in my car and booked somewhere else- the front desk worker was rude and would not help the situation! When i told Her about me paying for another room she said “ i love That for you”
