Cabbagetown Charmer, Walk to so much in Atlanta

Fully furnished 2 bedroom with comfy queen beds & 2 full bathrooms within a shotgun-style home in Historic Cabbagetown Neighborhood District of Atlanta. Reviews on other sites state that there is more space in the Home than was expected from photos. Home is filled with my personal art from over a decade of living here. DragonCon events are 1.5 miles away from here.
Walk or bike to the world famous Beltline, The Eastern music venue & plenty of exciting destinations including nearby bodegas, restaurants, bars. Electric scooters/bikes nearby.
Wonderful Cabbagetown Park only a block up the street.
East Atlanta Village, Old 4th Ward, Little 5 Points, Inman Park, Grant Park, all surround Cabbagetown! (1.6 miles East of Downtown Atlanta State Capitol etc).
The space
2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, & extra Queen mattress if needed.
Renovated Kitchen & Baths.
Fun fenced in yard to hangout.
2 parking spots with easy Additional on-street parking if needed.
Basketball Hoop available on the street as well. Nest Thermostat

We chose this property for its location and amenities, and it did not disappoint. Our family of 3 adults (and one small dog) needed 2 separate bedrooms & 2 baths, within walking distance to a park, and ideally have an enclosed yard. Check, check, check! Host was accessible and really helpful. House was clean, kitchen stocked with some essentials, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. We loved the eclectic decor. We stayed during Christmas week and Rich was thoughtful enough to have decorated a small live Xmas tree for us! Property is on the edge of Cabbagetown district - we felt safe and comfortable, and enjoyed our stay. Would book again.

Perfect little getaway in Cabbagetown

This house was exactly what we hoped for. Central location to all the things we wanted to see and do in Atlanta. The neighborhood is adorable, and some of the best places to eat are all within walking distance. The house has the perfect mix of comfort and eclectic style. The beds were super comfortable, and there is even a bidet toilet option. The owner was super nice and very helpful. Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Atlanta birthday.

I liked the style and comfort of the house. Fun decor. Well appointed kitchen with appliances and everything clean and in working order. We rented the whole house so two bedrooms and 2 full bathes for 3 adults.Great backyard for our dogs. Close to restaurants and our family.Relaxing place.

Amazing Cabbagetown Spot

We had a wonderful time at Richard’s home! It’s a great spot in a very unique neighborhood. He was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and provided some great recommendations for food options nearby. We loved exploring the neighborhood with our dog and really appreciated everything Richard did to make our stay an amazing time.
