8/10 Good
"Check in was fantastic. I believe Christian waa the woman who checked us in, she was delightful and efficient and very welcoming. Dog walking area was disgusting feces everywhere and no bags in the station. Our dogs wouldnt even walk there. The TV in our room wasnt working properly. There was no channel guide, on demand or ability to stream. Called down to front desk, they sent up maintenance, Told us they were having an issue on some floors with the service, nothing he could do. Said they were "working on it".. Stopped at the front desk on our way back from dinner and spoke to them again. Was told she would check on the progress and if not fixed we could change rooms. Never called back. Not sure who that clerk was. No microwave in the room so my wife couldn't heat up her 60$ shrimp jambalaya from the restaurant downstairs so that got tossed. My 30$ cheeseburger was good. Other than being 30$. Next day dog area even dirtier, still no waste bags at the dog station. No one ever called about the TV. Finally gave up on that. Check out waa smooth until we went to get to the garage with our 2 dogs and our luggage only to find the garage elevator waa being serviced. At 10AM on a Sunday had to walk to the adjoining apartment building and wait 10 minutes in line to jam into a tiny elevator to our car. Disappointing would describe it. Expect better from Hilton. Christian was the high point of the experience"
