A Secluded Cabin Getaway!

Come enjoy a nice cabin getaway with family or friends! This beautiful and spacious home located in quiet area in the city of Marietta Georgia, a northern suburb of Atlanta. This home has beautiful and spacious rooms, with a sleeping capacity for up to 16 people. Amenities in the home include two fully equipped kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, a ball pit, video games, basketball and a small putting green. The backyard has a beautiful deck and shaded area to enjoy a relaxing evening.

No smoking of any kind is permitted. Smoking, whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana is absorbed into the carpets, drapes, bedding, etc. If smoking has occurred within the property, a charge of $500 will be assessed to restore the property to its original standard. Action will also be taken to prevent future use of the property.

The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations.

No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply.

Please use coasters on the coffee tables.

Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact immediately.

To complete your reservation, a valid form of identification is required (drivers license, passport). The person completing the reservation is the primary resident and responsible person during their stay.

Our family of four grown children, spouses, and children enjoyed our weekend at the Marietta cabin. It was very comfortable and met our needs well. Great sleeping spaces and gathering spaces. The children loved the ball pit and arcade games.

Property was nice. Found dirty washcloth in master bath. Dishwasher was full of dishes. A couple of lights needed bulbs. Lack of end tables in 2 of the bedrooms, and no lamps on end tables that were in two bedrooms. The children enjoyed the ball pit and the arcade

We felt like we were in the mtns. even though Black Friday shops and stores were in full force a few miles away. The bedrooms were lovely, the living area was comfortable, especially with the ball pit, game room, and extra lounge area downstairs, and the two kitchens were a bonus. The fenced back yard was perfect for the grandkids. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond with a request or two. It was perfect for our family.

Overall, the house satisfied our requirements. On the negative: the drive was totally covered with leaves, making it very difficult to navigate. We had to blow them off. Also, the entry code had not been updated, which required contacting the property manager to unlock the door upon arrival. On the positive: the basement with games and playthings was great for our kids, and the backyard deck, grill, and playground were very enjoyable also.

The house was wonderful! It fit everyone’s needs from the little babies up to the grandparents. The atmosphere was great, you felt far enough away from town with all the wooded area but were in fact 5-10 minutes from anything you’d need. It was a quick and easy commute to Atlanta for the aquarium and Truist Park as well! We would love to come back!

We rented the cabin for a family vacation. The property was as advertised. It was clean and very roomy. The children were immediately drawn to the ball pit and arcade room. One of the best amenities was a kitchen and laundry on both levels of the home. The neighborhood was quiet. The children were so thrilled to see a deer two days in a row passing through. A+ 100

This house was clean and had plenty of room. The fenced in back yard was great. I couldn't get my code to work on the key pad but the owner was very responsive to my phone call and was able to issue a new code quickly. If sleeping on the ground floor, there is a flood light just outside the set of 3 windows that stays on all night and we couldn't find the switch to turn it off. So there was a constant glow outside the window. The A/C on the main floor appeared to be on a timer, so every few hours it would jump up and start to get warm. I didn't contact the owner about it, instead if someone got up in the night, they would put the A/C back down to cool off. Overall the house was perfect for us. We were attending a high school graduation in Marietta and this house wasn't too far from our family. We would stay here again.
