Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Listing photos are accurate, and the floor plan is very spacious. Checking in was confusing, the instructions for the home alarm system are buried in the overall trip instructions and we accidentally set off the home alarm when we first arrived.

Everything Everyone Wrote is Accurate

The house is a little odd with its many levels, but there was plenty of room. The alarm went off when I walked in but I called the host and they straightened it out pretty quickly.

Great location. Great trip to ATL

Came here for a bachelor party with a few friends to go watch the Falcons v Giants. Place was in great location to everything in ATL. Everything was a 15-20 min uber ride with a lot of good places to eat and drink. The stadium was incredibly close and overall the trip was awesome. The property was in alright condition. It seemed its an older property that could use some renovation on one of the rooms (no blinds), the stairs, bathroom (toilet was wobbly) and the bedrooms (mattress wasn't the best). Overall, the owner was super communicative and available anytime to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend if youre staying in ATL to check this place out.

Family Gathering

It smelled like a boarding house. Pots was rusted, spider webs everywhere. Door knob to one room was on backwards. The toilet upstairs was leaking water from around base. Shower wasn’t clean. Railing going downstairs was loose when my daughter grabbed it to go down she fell down the steps and now has a big bruise on backside. Downstairs shower runs slow and if both showers are going at same one or other shower water turn Luke warm. I definitely want be returning.

What I expected

This rental space, was just what I expected. Midlevel hospitality. The house needed a better cleaning, and the updates where onle a cover up of what was not taken care of. The bathroom. No towel racks but I guess that is not needed when towels were not provided. Saftey lights at the door were out, the halway lights in the front did not work, Beds are not for comfort, but the sheets are clean. Cover and dining room chairs did not cover the weak and bear seat cushions. Patio furniture is not for guest use.

At first we are afraid the surrounding and the house manager ray is very accomodating but they need to fix the second room door lock, one burner of the electric stove is not working,but over all we enjoy our 3 nights stay . Thank you

Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay. A few suggestions would be to better stock the kitchen with some storage containers, more silverware, pot holders, overall needs more. Also would have been nice to have more towels. The lower level was pretty chilly and some of the electrical plugs need attention. Overall, the stay served it’s purpose.

Location is the only plus

The location of the property is the only thing remotely good about this property. Its smells stale and unkept. Covered in cobwebs... flooring uneven. When anyone walked it creeked and would shake the china cabinet in the hallway open. It also has bad lighting. We tripped on the hazardous stairs and entry ways. Bathroom was gross and has a old smell. Incomplete repairs. Broken blinds. Main window had no blinds. All appliances needs updating.. basement was cold and smelled. Abandoned ac units and a trailer in the backyard. It was difficult to lock and shut all doors due to foundation issues. I have used Vrbo for 4 years every Christmas and this is the worst listing i have ever seen.

Great Location

Close to food and attractions. Easy to find off the highway, but not near the highway. For food I recommend Ten about a mile down the road. I recommend this location to stay.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

From the time I arrived to the property the owner blew my mind with the level of customer service he provided!! The home was close to a lot of amazing places for food and entertainment. The home alone was so welcoming. To sum it up… I will be back!

Great stay, conveniently located.

Everything was great!! I needed to pop in town for a quick in person meeting close to downtown. Ray was very communicative, the house was great, spacious, clean, well decorated and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be back, for a longer stay.
