「My partner and I enjoyed a truly unforgettable experience that left us thoroughly impressed. We luxuriated with a jacuzzi in our room. This was definitely our most relaxing holiday due to the time we spent unwinding in there. Also, having a kitchen was our saving grace for the days we missed breakfast. Finally, of course Mario! What a pleasure having him check us in! The other receptionists were also super helpful and reliable when Mario wasn’t around. 」

The staff were wonderful, especially Anna. They took good care of us. We had a great stay. There are restaurants, a bakery, fast food shops, and a supermarket near the hotel. And bus stops are near. We took Airport bus X95 from and to the airport. The bus stop Mavli square is 100m away from the hotel. It's very convenient and cheap. And it took about 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.

「The breakfast at the restaurant was poor. There are not many seats, so you may have to wait outside during busy periods. It seems that the service has deteriorated, as it used to be better in the past.」
「Very good location, very clean and very helpful staff. The only hickup is the free breakfast service. It’s not a user friendly nor an efficient system. On day 2 I got no breakfast. On day 3 I suddenly got three breakfasts. I don’t know if it was something I did wrong or a bug in the system but it was unfortunate. Everything else was top notch. Heartily recommended. 」
