「The staff is very helpful. The cleaning is perfect. The balcony is nice to spend the evening with a drink to relax.」

「Good experience, clean and comfortable apartment. The check took 20-30 min longer as expected. This was due to the busy schedule of the caretaker. Communication was easy, and replies were fast and adequate. Location is great; I loved the little balcony allowing me to sit outside; the temperature in Athens was very agreeable! 10 min walk to conference center/Metro. Many coffee shops and places to relax as well as stores for shopping. Would stay here again」

What's...

「Overall, this hotel was really great including breakfast, amenities, cleanliness, staff. But the location where the hotel is doesn’t feel like it’s in good area. Everywhere you will see graffiti on the walls. It felt little unsafe.」

The staff were wonderful, especially Anna. They took good care of us. We had a great stay. There are restaurants, a bakery, fast food shops, and a supermarket near the hotel. And bus stops are near. We took Airport bus X95 from and to the airport. The bus stop Mavli square is 100m away from the hotel. It's very convenient and cheap. And it took about 10 minutes to the nearest subway station. But...

「Much better than a hotel. Easy access to the central area with restaurants and bars. Free wine in the evening with chatting with each other was awesome. Clean bed. I definitely choose this place again, when I come to Athens. 」

「Hotel is very basic. Our AC wasn’t working, we had to call reception to come in and clean it so that it would work. It’s a decent hotel, but the neighborhood is not very nice. Be very careful when selecting a hotel in Athens, you have to really look at the Google maps to see if the neighborhood is nice.」

「The facility was clean, new, and wonderful, and there were no problems with the equipment. The only and biggest drawback is that I contacted the operator about luggage storage after check-out and still have not received a reply after 20 hours. If nothing goes wrong, great, but you should expect to get no support if something goes wrong.」

「It was a decent stay, for a short stay. The food at breakfast was decent. The room service food was tasty, though it took a hour to come. Area felt safe and metro station was within walking distance. The room was spacious.」
