Odd hotel. Great with airport transfers, but little else. We called to ask where breakfast was. They told us at reception. There was no reception, no restaurant, no staff on site. Our driver dropped us off, gave us our room key, and he took off without telling us anything. We ordered from a local restaurant, which was good. No wine VIP perk, none of the promised amenities. They did pick us up on time, though. Would not stay there again.

Still under construction. Coffee machine in room but no pods to make coffee. No place for clothes Room is supposed to come with a welcome drink. We were told they didn’t have one because renovations were behind schedule. Cooler had beer and wine so there was no reason to not provide drink

This is a nice stay the airport and the transfers are great. Villa was clean and had everything you would need. Transport to dinner and a great seaside restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.

I admit I booked this primarily for the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. It is in a more rural area but unique and beautiful. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early so we wouldn’t have to lug luggage all day. There wasn’t staff on the premises which was confusing. But it has the most charming courtyard and was a short drive the beach. They even offered round trip rides for 10 euro to the beach. It was a fabulous last night in Greece and much better than being literally next to the airport. We lived our stay.

Worst problem that they had was no hot water. I could not shower for 2 days. That is not responding for request and they ignored me with the hot water issue. The gate to get into the property has an issue with the luck which is very hard to open when you're returning in the evening. I will not recommend this place.

Comfort Stay Hotel we had booked is being renovated and is closed. We were booked into different 2 or 3 star hotel (Tina’s Apartments) which doesn’t have the amenities of Comfort Stay. Didn’t get what we paid for and no notice was provided to us beforehand. Big hole in bathroom floor in front of sink that smelled like sewage and was a safety hazard. TERRIBLE breakfast. Another guest was attacked by 5 dogs when walking to nearby store and needed medical treatment. Expedia provided small refund upon complaint.

The room itself was adequate, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. But everything else about this booking was a disappointment driven by a seriously misleading listing. This property is a distance from the airport in a farm like community down a strange, poorly marked roadway, far from anything. The taxi fare to the airport is 37 euro. The photos on the listing bear no resemblance to the reality of the location or surroundings. There are no amenities nearby no restaurants, no shops, nothing within walking distance. There is no receptionist or staff on site, so you are completely on your own when you arrive. The location and lack of amenities were so unacceptable that we chose not to stay, which cost us $300. For the price charged, this was terrible value. If you’re booking this expecting a convenient airport hotel with services and nearby amenities, save your money. Book elsewhere.

The listing is misleading. There was no Comfort Stay signage nor the building pictured in Expedia. We were picked up by a mini van from “Tina’s Apartments” so I assume that’s where we stayed. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - not at all worth the price paid. It was not a “VIP” hotel and there was no “free welcome drink” as advertised. In fact, very little was as advertised. But the tiny bed was comfortable, the linens clean and the staff friendly.

I booked a villa for a family of 3, since we were only they have a small room with all fungus on walls in grout, bad smell, when I went to spoke to reception they changed room, bathroom shower was leaking like hell and no drain for water leak. Shuttle ride was also very basic quality, 4 people will sit on 3 seater, even 2 people next to driver, crazy..not up to US standard..

The stay at this property left me disgusted and extremely disappointed. We booked based on the photos and descriptions online, but what we walked into was nothing like what was advertised. The room wouldn’t even qualify as 2 stars. The bathroom reeked of mould, with black patches around the shower that made it unpleasant to even step inside. To make matters worse, when we arrived to check in, the staff had no idea who we were. We had a confirmed booking for 4 adults in a Quadruple Deluxe Room with a jetted shower, yet we were given a room meant for 2 adults and had to go back to reception to fix it. When we finally got to the room, the disappointment only grew. Nothing resembled the online photos. Instead of a proper setup for four people, there was one double bed, a sheet and blanket thrown over a couch, and a rollaway bed squeezed into the tiny space. If I’d had a cat, I wouldn’t have been able to swing it. We arrived late in the afternoon and were flying out early the next morning, so we reluctantly tolerated it for the night, but we cancelled our other booking immediately. This place is the definition of “what you see is NOT what you get.” Anyone considering staying here should be warned, you will not get what you think you’re paying for. The only redeeming part of the entire experience was the free shuttle transfer. The driver was friendly, helpful, and punctual, truly the only positive aspect of our stay.

Pleasantly surprised at the room. The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep we had on our whole Greece trip. Had a heated blanket which was ecstatic with since use bed warmer at home in Ontario, Canada. The shower was amazing. Literally the best shower we have ever experienced with excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was a great size for two people. Kitchenette amenities were appreciated as we were too tired to go to eat. So made use of kettle. Only two drawbacks of which one can’t avoid. One the noise of the planes overhead makes it hard to sleep but if you want close to the airport you will have that with any hotel within that distance. A good set of earplugs should minimize the noise level. Second drawback was the shuttle to take us to the airport for 6:30am flight. Driver told us to be ready for 4am. We were at the designated spot before 3am and waited until 3:10am before calling hotel. It sounded like we had woken someone up. Driver arrived around 3:30am and then stopped to pick up more travellers. We were not even on the road for 5 minutes when one of the travellers said they had to go back as forgot their phone. Needless to say we were stressed about getting through check-in on time with those two delays (one which could be addressed). Would stay here again and would recommend just be sure to reinforce pickup time if you have an early flight.

I may be a nice property someday but is very much in construction. I booked a three bedroom place but got a room with a queen bed. You walk through construction to get to the room. When I told the person showing us to our room that it wasn’t what I’d booked, he replied “That’s all we have.” The room was nicely set up but obviously hadn’t been completed. Toilet seat loose. No internet, Close to airport only in proximity. It’s half an hour’s drive. Free airport pickup has to be arranged days in advance.
