"Staying just for one night, we were disappointed the room was not ready at check-in time, even though we messaged the day before with our arrival time. Despite that, our suite lacked paper towels and soap, and had bad water stains on the bedroom ceiling. Also disappointing is that the restaurant has closed for lunch/dinner; but Expedia’s profile did not reflect the closure for remodeling. We invited an outside guest for breakfast; but they charged GHS400 just for toast, jam, tea, and fruit. "

"My stay was to be 2 days . Air condition didn't work in the first room after one hour maintenance showed up. After 30 minutes it stopped working. Moved to another room which was on the front of the hotel and the traffic was horrendous, the noise was crazy and I was not able to sleep I left early and checked out the day early. No refund was given. Management called and offered me one free night that would expire in 90 days. I consider that the one day that I already paid for. Management wasn't giving me anything for my inconvenience just honoring the one night I already paid for. Ridiculous 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄"
