"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the food we ordered was very good. The bonus of the stay is that they have lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs and snacks. I needed a small suitcase and went to one of the shops and yes they had what I need. "This is a one of a kind place in a very good location with 5 star accommodations and views. The rooftop restaurant where you have breakfast is amazing with spectacular views of the city. The room was very clean especially the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and the room has everything you need including coffee and water. They arranged a pickup from the airport. The breakfast was delicious with the best coffee and juice and eggs and yogurt and bread. Very tasty breakfast. What stood out was the people of the hotel, very kind and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Also I have to mention the air conditioning was superb."
