「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and
damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」
「Because of the busy season, the room wasn’t ready around 6:00. However, staff were really trying hard. But I wanted to have some rest so it was disappointing. 」
「We enjoyed the our window and door faced the Columbia river! ( We arrived a bit early and they had a room available for us) When we asked for something we needed they were prompt in giving it to us. Thanks 😊 」
「No breakfast room is clean and nice but they didn’t control the other guests. It was noisy. They had a coffee carafe in the lobby, but no coffee. Staff was very polite and very efficient beds were too hard I will give it a C+.」
