Cheap night away with friends. The hotel is old, however the rooms are okay. The reception staff were nice and helpful and let us check in early. Budget hotel but worth the price.

A Wonderful Family Stay We had a fantastic stay at the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester and cannot recommend it enough! We booked a family room for three, and it was the perfect base for our trip to celebrate my son’s graduation at Chetham’s. We absolutely loved the theme and playful decor—it brings such a unique, vibrant, and nostalgic energy to the city centre. Every corner has so much character. A few highlights Comfort: The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all got a brilliant night's sleep. Attention to Detail: From the clever design elements to the thoughtful amenities (filter water on every floor) , it’s clear a lot of care goes into the guest experience. Great Family Space: The room for three was well-appointed, functional, and felt incredibly welcoming. The staff were wonderful, the vibe was spot on, and we will absolutely be coming back again. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable stay in the centre of Manchester, this is it!

Hyatt House was exceptionally clean. The bathroom and the room were lovely. The food was very good. The restaurant was great and staff member Anna was very helpful.

it was an alright budget stay, nothing fancy. they only had one spare pillow for the hotel apparently, and only one lift working which made using the lift quite a timely task. other than that, it was decent - clean bed, good shower but noisy air conditioning unit so bring ear plugs if you like to stay cool but dont like noise
