"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."

"room was very clean, bedding very comfy, slept well, it was quiet and relaxing. Adjoining restaurant had delicious food and great service. Complimentary breakfast was a basic, adequate menu, and each selection was done very well, way above the quality of other hotel/motels. "

"The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again."

"The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back the next time we are at Mayo. They even have a shuttle. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Cody at the front desk made our stay wonderful!"
