「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

「The hotel was located strategically just outside chania which was easily reachable by bus (the bus stop it’s in front of the hotel). The rooms were big and very very clean. The whole staff was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations which were really helpful.
