Treehouse Hotel Manchester
Hotel charged my card with a “Service Charge” upon departure. Took £10 as a tip. I wasn’t warned or asked about this. They refunded when I asked, but why should I ask for my money back?

The room could of been cleaner, there were fake petals and glitter strands on the floor. The beds are very hard however the pillows are very soft and flat, which is not my preferred choice.
