「3月に7泊しました。エアコンはついてませんが寒い季節はセントラルヒーティングがついているので快適に過ごせました。 レセプションのスタッフは親切で対応もとても良いですが、お部屋の設備は古く、閉じない扉、汚れが目立つソファなど少し清潔感に欠けました。お掃除も毎日入りますがもう少し綺麗にして欲しいです。 お部屋は広く、立地も最高でまたロンドンに行く時は新しく改装された部屋をリクエストして泊まりたいと思います！ 7泊お世話になりました！」

「It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

「部屋は清潔感もあり、タオルも沢山準備されていました。部屋の掃除はリクエストしませんでしたが、タオルが不足すれば何枚でも貸していただき助かりました。朝と夜は部屋でゆっくり食べることも出来て、とても過ごしやすいホテルです。立地も良く、朝の散歩でトラファルガー広場やビッグベン、ウエストミンスターも歩いて行けます。良い思い出が出来たロンドン旅行でした。ありがとうございました！」

「My stay was unfortunately disrupted by multiple serious issues. On the first night, the room lost running water for a significant period, which meant the toilet and shower were not functioning.
