「This was a sweet quiet spot to relax and rest. The hostess was very responsive and considerate. It was easy to get to our destinations from this location. I was especially grateful for the list of recommended restaurants since I didn’t know anything about Asheville.」

「Clean, convenient location!Will stay again. Great host!」

「Loved our stay here. Great location. Wonderful to walk everywhere - lots of great places to eat. Easy drives to Blue Ridge Parkway and North Carolina Arboretum. Apartment was a beautiful mix of historic house and trendy, cute decor. Free parking was easy. Host gave great directions with helpful notes on the doors. Recommend and would definitely stay again.」

「Brandon was very easy to work with. I was a solo traveler and it felt safe and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was just as accommodating as a hotel with more privacy.」

「The host was great. Good communication. Very clean apartment. Nice indoor area. Very close to downtown, within walking distance.」

「The space was large, incredibly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, well lit with the giant wall of windows. Parking situation couldn't have been easier. My only complaint was the noise. There was a loud repetitive drone that I originally thought was coming from the brewery across the street but eventually was convinced was coming from the roof above the room. It happened randomly on and off through out the stay. I since I was in and out a lot the first few days in town it didn't bother...

「Very private for being in the middle of Asheville. Host was friendly and accommodating. We'll return!」

「As always we absolutely love staying at 80 Lex. This time in 201. The apartment was clean, spacious and safe. We greatly appreciate the wine and granola bars. It’s these little touches that keep us coming back. That and the perfect location to walk to so much. There were only a couple of things we felt could be a bit better. The bed is very very firm, possibly adding a mattress topper would help things a little more comfortable. Also the addition of an umbrella would be so helpful. Other than...

「Great place right in the heart of it. Clean space, fantastic decor, comfortable beds and great communication with Sarah. Glad to have ear plugs left for us bc there is no real privacy in the apartment. The bedroom wall doesn’t go to the ceiling and the bedroom downstairs isn’t separated by a door! The apartment is equipped which what we needed and was around the corner from almost everything we wanted to do. Definitely use the public parking garages bc the ones closest are a fortune! Be prepared...

「My husband and I had the best time staying in Mike and Kim’s home! The building is beautiful and was well decorated and appointed with everything we needed. The location was top notch, with walkability to all of Downtown Asheville. I have high standards for cleanliness, and their home was spotless. We would absolutely stay again! 」
