"There was roaches crawling all over and they never came and asked if we needed clean towels or clean sheets for the beds or toilet paper the tv did not want to work hafe time it was not a good time "

"Plenty of parking with a clean room and accommodating staff. I had an issue with my shower drain and they took care of it right away and checked in afterwards to make sure it was still working properly. "

"The crowd of people in the lobby at check in was a circus! If you are going to offer free dinner and drinks, perhaps have enough staff to accommodate! We could not get either food or drinks because there was a line of over 20 people. Good to know that all Drury offers this everywhere as I will NEVER stay at one again, and will NOT recommend to anyone."

"I had asked several times for them to clean my room and they didn't clean it. The staff had given someone a key to my room without my permission. I was told that they would not enter my room without permission and they entered without permission. The ceiling had a piece fall off while i was trying to cook and told the front desk and they did nothing but take a picture and did not fix it. The water in my room was shut off for over an hour and I could not take a shower. I was screamed at by some lady who claimed she worked there, but wasn't in uniform like the rest of the staff and then I was kicked off the property by the police for no valid reason. They told me that there was supposedly several complaints, yet they never said anything to me and I was at the front desk several times so I belive that they were false accusations. I have asked for a full refund and they still have not refunded me. They had no problem taking money, but they are not refunding me as fast as they took money. I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel like this one."
