Best Staff Ever
"Just a really nice place to stay at! The staff was super nice and it brought a gleeful smile, giggles, and happiness when I'd come back from an outside adventure and say こんにちは and 7 front desk staff all at the same time say it back to me. Also the restaurant staff were also super kind and the dinner manager(I think, was dressed differently than waitresses) she was always helpful and showed me about the oneharmony stuff even if she couldn't speak it to me in English. In the morning there were two waitresses that were amazing as well, one who talked to me briefly in perfect English. Asked me a bit about my Japanese which I kept failing to remember the vocabulary. I wish I had gotten their names to let leadership know how nice and grateful I am for their hospitality, seriously it made my few days in Nagoya amazing. My only complaint about the entire stay is the pillows in the Premier King Room(1200) are either way too solid or nothing at all. Hard to sleep on those."
