We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered...

Great place to stay. Modern, clean, easy parking, with a free breakfast of so many Japanese and western foods. Would have liked an actual third bed in the room instead of a mattress roll. Quiet area and friendly staff.

It's a little worn around the edges and it could use another plug in the room, but the incredible staff at this hotel would make any stay worth it. The are kind, helpful, and friendly. You could not ask for better people. I wish I had stayed there longer because of them!
