"We would happily have spent a second night at Norfolk Arms! It was located within a block or two of good restaurants (loved the chicken in a tasty sauce at The Steakist) and an easy walk to the castle (a must see!), the cathedral, and a nice small museum. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable (everything we could want!) and parking was easy."

"Room was fine if a little dark (tiny window). Decor a little tired but bed was really comfortable, good shower, decent breakfast. Fab location on the seafront although with the window open, it was a little bit noisy at night. A nice stay."

"It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Unfortunately breakfast service was below par and expectations. They had run out of everything for cooked breakfast. The queue ended up getting quite long and I felt sorry for front of house staff who took the brunt of people grumbling. There were people who needed to check out for transport who had to just pick at what little there was."
