"I stayed here two years ago and again this past week for work. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms has goen downhill. You can tell their cutting corners. The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing. "
"Clean & spacious room , not yet upgraded in the ongoing renovation but perfectly acceptable and with proximity to the lift for my less-mobile companion. Staff attention to these needs was impressive (safety q’nnaire for evacuation needs) and Louis at front desk was charming. Great position on the seafront and walkable to the Laines (where there is secure parking) "
