"The hotel was ideal for visiting Arundel walking distance to castle and visiting area.Lots of walking amenities and places to eat and drink.Breakfast was good lots of parking we had a great time here and everyone was very helpful and friendly.Would stay again."

"lovely room clean and with a great view. Only stayed one night but the bed was very comfy and there was an iron, coffee machine with both real and decaf pods as well as robes and slippers. it was a premium room but the extra touches were thoughtful and useful. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft for my liking and I found it uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a nice room. The hotel is a little run down in places but it has a relaxed atmosphere and never felt busy. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and there was a great selection of food. We did have to wait for food to be replenished which was a bit disappointing."

"Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time. Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. "
