「The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. "The facilities of the accommodation itself were new and clean. The room had no window, but instead there was an illuminated panel designed to look like a view of Brighton, which at first surprised me but was acceptable in its own way. What was truly disappointing, however, was that although bottles of water and glasses were provided on the table, the glasses were clearly used—there were handprints on them, and traces of lip balm around the rim, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, although we booked two rooms for a total of four people, one room was equipped with two chairs while the other only had one."
