「My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. 「朝ごはんはイギリスのコンチネンタルブレックファーストで、色々な種類のものをお料理してくださり、フルーツヨーグルトなども自由に食べれます。温かい飲み物もリクエストしたら、大きなジャーに入ってきて、何杯でもいただけます。お部屋は大きくて、ゆっくりとくつろげます。水回りもとても綺麗でした。とにかく経営されていらっしゃるJaneさんご夫妻はとにかく優しくて、こちらが聞いたことには丁寧にそして優しく接して下さいました。イギリスならでの事も教えてくださり、とても貴重な経験をすることが出来ました。一度チェックアウトして、何日か後にまた宿泊するケースだったのですが、荷物も少し預かってくださり、本当に助けていただきました。このご夫婦の暖かさがあったため、素敵な旅をすることが出来ました。」

「We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
