We loved this hotel - perfect location, incredibly clean and comfortable, remarkably quiet, excellent European buffet breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful rooftop. We would recommend you staying here. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Madrid. Gracias!

The place was clean, however there was no lounge seating in the living and dining area. The dining table was a high table with high chairs, so there wasn’t a comfortable place to sit and relax. It was also very noisy due to the busy location, and the apartment did not have proper soundproofing to block out the noise

The big plus of this hotel is it's proximity to Charmatin. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the building and hardware was showing it's age. Regardless, it was still a great hotel to stay at in between a flight and a train.
