"Our room was really quiet. Ask for one turned to interior court. Despite the room is very small. The parking is close by same street few meters walking. Breakfast is very nice!! Suggestion: take some tables out from breakfast room to let people circulate easier and access the food safely."
"The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning.

"The best part about this place was the aircon which was very cold and worked very well. The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. There is no safe in the room so we were taking our valuables everywhere with us as it felt very strange that we didn’t have a key to the room with our belongings in it and no safe to put them in, only a cupboard. "This was a great hotel. The 12th floor pool and gym area was very nice. The staff were extra helpful with us since we did not speak Portuguese. I would stay there again for sure. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance too. "

"Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil. "
