「Der Kontakt zu Juan war prima, er war sehr fürsorglich und freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral im schönen Arta, man kann alles dort fussläufig erreichen. Einen Parkplatz findet man relativ schnell in der Straße oder den Nebenstraßen.Gerne wieder, vielen Dank Juan!」

「This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. 」

「Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money.」

「Die Ferienwohnung war schön, sauber und perfekt von der Größe für 2,5 Personen. Alles genau wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Meerblick und die Strandnähe sind ein großes Plus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter :-)」

「Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man läuft 2 Minuten zum Meer und Supermärkte, Restaurants etc sind alles in der Umgebung erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist für uns einer der besten der Insel. Die Wohnung selbst ist vielleicht nicht so modern und wir hatten einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir ja nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung sein wollten sondern die Insel erkunden. Es ist aber definitiv nicht schlimm gewesen und die Wohnung macht ansonsten einen...
