Ático Las Palmeras is a beautiful penthouse located in Cala Millor, a town in the northeast of Mallorca with one of the best beaches on the island. Its location, in a residential and quiet area, is perfect to enjoy a holiday in which you can mix calm and some more activity thanks to all the services offered at the area. The apartment has a large living room, as well as a complete kitchen. It has 2 double rooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two individual ones, as well as 2 bathrooms. The house has a huge and a very beautiful terraca with some amazing views of the sea and the mountains. All this will make our guests' stay perfect.

Superb apartment with spacious and sunny terrace and pool

We stayed for an extended weekend in Calla Millor; 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 11). The apartment offers everything you need for a short or longer stay. The owner was always reachable by Whatsapp and him and his wife were always around and lovely hosts. Parking was always available in front of the house and the pool was perfect for our kids. The city center is a short walk away.

Great apartment for family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice, spacious and clean apartment, which is conveniently located close to the center of Cala Millor, with beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Public parking spots are available in front of the building.Our host Pedro was very friendly and corteous, and check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, despite us arriving late in the evening and leaving very early in the morning.The apartment's equipment was overall good and well suited for our 11-day stay with two little children; however, a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful for guests who like cooking regularly (like us).

schönes & sauberes Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Das Haus hatte eine wunderschöne familiengerechte Poolanlage. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage war hervorragend; 7 Gehminuten zum Strand, 3 Gehminuten zum Aldi, 1 Gehminuten zu einem super leckeren italienischen Restaurant. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und schön, sowie mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, usw.) ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber-Familie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familien-Urlaub. Vielen Dank! :)

Pros: Lage, super grosse Terrasse, sehr nette Gastgeber sowie Personal. Cons: In der grossen, hellen Küche fehlt eine gute Ausrüstung bzw. Küchenutensilien, damit das Kochen auch in den Ferien Spass macht. Wäre die wunderbare und wahnsinnig grosse Terrasse noch mit einer Lounge und/oder Liegestühlen ausgestattet, dann wäre das wirklich das Paradies.

Top verblijf voor ons gezin met 2 tieners.

Pros: Zeer ruim en licht appartement, met een heel groot terras. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en ligstoelen. Voldoende parkeermogelijkheden op straat. Winkel, restaurants en strand op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die ons (ondanks het late uur door vertraging) zeer gastvrij ontving.
