"Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in their largest room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, tv, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave etc. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Nearby chocolate shop was a plus, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a walk to the center of town (1/2 hour?) or you can take a taxi. No pool. "

"O quarto é bom para uma estadia curta, a cama nao e tão confortável, estava com lençol rasgado. A equipe foi atenciosa. A pousada apenas serve café da manhã, nao me atentei a isso. Nao possui restaurante para almoço e janta. O sistema de garagem e bem amplo mas o abrir do portao demora fazendo ficar esperando do lado de fora por um longo tempo ou tendo que ir no portao de pedestre pra verem que o carro esta aguardando. "Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...
