Beautiful, clean and excellent service

I didn't realise when I booked this place that it was unstaffed with no reception or other facilities you'd expect for that price. No problem I thought, I've stayed in such places before. Except when we arrived, it turned out our room was right opposite the main front door and right next to the stairs with zero soundproofing so we heard everyone noisily coming in at night. We heard the people above us doing bathroom things and every time their toilet flush went it was like it was right next to us - it's not even that loud in my house. Our only window looked out over a residential street and a lane with people frequently walking and up and down on our level, so there was no privacy. Blinds had to be kept closed so in darkness. There was zero storage for our belongings or luggage in the room and the bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around. However the shower was good, the towels were nice also. The bed was fairly comfy and the decor was nice. But when we got up the next day, the main front door was wide open so anyone could just walk in.

Bad experienced with my check-in. Rude young lady with fancy nail polish in the reception table. They dont wear name tags so you cant name names here. So i came in 2:20pm for my check-in monday, i was nice and she gave me negative energy vibes. She told me i have to wait at 3:00pm to check-in becoz the room is not ready. So i waited for 40mins then went back to check, i was first in the line but she calls out people next and ignored me, i didnt mind it but when it was my turn she rudely told me “passport will be helpful” like i already showed her my drivers license and gave her my informations, she was grumpy and giving me bad face. I felt like being discriminated maybe becoz im asian. And she gave me my key card to my room and then when i get in to the door of my room, theres a couple already checked-in in that room 20mins before me. Seriously! What a mess! So i have to go back down in the reception with my luggage becoz of her stupid mistake! She didnt even say sorry, just standing in the back of her co-worker fixing the mistake she did. This was happened Aug.24, 3:00pm. If she cant be nice to everyone, all types of human being, she should not be in customer service job. With that kind of attitude she gave me, absolutely horrible! Pretty face with fancy nails but with bad personality, DISGUSTING!
