Surrounded by the idyllic countryside and breathtaking alpine views of the Piedmont district this is the ideal destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive from Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore, the property provides a tranquil retreat for groups of up to four family or friends.

The ground-floor apartment for 4 is surrounded by greenery and shares a small garden with one other property, complete with a BBQ and a veranda with a table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining. Inside, the property enjoys a spacious open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area leads through to a fully equipped kitchen fitted with, a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the unique Lake Orta, known for its charming lakeside villages, and is a 10-minute drive away from the lake. Here visitors can take a leisurely walk along the shore, visit Orta Island and discover San Giulio’s beautiful villas including Villa Crespi (a 9-minute drive), the ancient middle town and evocative chapels. In the picturesque town of Armeno, the rental is also a 10-minute drive from the Museo degli Alberghieri and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets.

For those seeking outdoor adventures, there are hiking and biking trails, the Mottarone Adventure Park (a 23-minute drive), Alpyland Adventure Park and the Lake Orta zipline (a 20-minute drive). Other popular excursions include a trip to Lake Maggiore, the historic town of Stresa, and Parco Naturale dei Lagoni di Mercurago, all approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

The closest international airport to the accommodation is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 50-minute drive away.
