"You will experience great customer service with very polite and friendly staff who is interested in you and always seek to help you. It was a lovely stay at my very first ryokan."

"Room and hotel was clean Staff was friendly and helpful. You neef to order breakfast the day before, keep in mind that it is just a sandwich in a box. We did not have our breakfast at the hotel, so, i don't know if it is good or not. We did not drive so we didn't need parking however. It is right bext door not sure of the cost."

"Beautiful split level Japanese machiya property in a fantastic location in the centre of the old town. Amazing attention to detail down to the furniture, crockery and toiletries provided. Really made our visit to Kurashiki something special. "

"Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!"
