"I wish I could give them 100 stars. Absolute best hotel stay ever. Our room was SPOTLESS and ginormous. The breakfast was shocking at how many different options they had. We were so completely impressed and will be back. Other hotels could learn from you all. The whole property was so nice and spotless. Thank you!"

"Where do I start, It took over a hour to gain access to unit. Once in the unit there were not any towels to shower with, no sheets or blankets for futon, floors were dirty and dead flies on window sill and floor, mold growing down the wall and in air conditioning unit. and the communication was horrible. The host said they could not get any one over to unit to address issues for a few hours and no other available units to move us to in area. This is the short version. After trying to deal with host for 3 hours, I cancelled my reservation and left, I notifiied host I would be filing a dispute"
