The hotel was easy to access from the highway, close to Riverfront Park. It was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. We were on a road trip and so were there just one night. Would stay again if we are in Little Rock in the future.

Front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar were not very well stocked for a Friday night. Wanted a glass of Chardonnay, only wine they had was a Moscato although menu showed four wines. Food was good and fresh, staff there were also friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Parking was free and plentiful.

The elevators were dirty the entire weekend. There were dogs just walking in and out. I'm allergic to dogs. I had asked for no feather pillows, but they were on the bed. We didn't have enough toilet paper and there wasn't a roll to replace it. It's on the interstate and close to downtown. The pool looked great and the bar was good.

Nice place with very friendly and helpful desk staff. Showing its age a little, but still nice. The location was good for museums, but no place to get anything you might have forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no little bars of non-perfumed soap, and the liquid soap provided was not fragrance-free. The absolute worst thing was the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. It had very watery powdered 'scrambled' eggs, cold and greasy sausage, cold shriveled potato chunks, stale cereal, only sickening sweet CoffeeMate for coffee. The coffee was so weak you could see the bottom of the cup. The WORST thing was that the had the audacity to charge $10!!!!

The hotel offers breakfast for $15.00 per person. We didn't eat there, so I can't say if it had a good variety of options. Location is great!! There are lots of restaurants and stores to visit within walking distance. We got a free voucher for a drink at their bar. It was an excellent choice to stay in Hot Springs.

Damian, the employee who did our check in, was very friendly and helpful. However, when we got to our room, the air conditioning was not working. I called down to the front desk, and Damian said that he would contact the engineer. While we were waiting for the engineer, I got a text from the hotel management asking how our experience was, so I told them what was happening Then, I got a reply form Damian, who confirmed that he had contacted the engineer and offered us to change rooms, which we accepted. After that, everything was fine.
