"Cottage was perfect for a weekend get-away for two. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with newer appliances, furniture, and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious; large shower space and plenty of hot water. And having a morning breakfast available was a very nice perk with a personal touch. Electric fireplace & heater made our evenings warm, comfortable, and added to the ambiance. Lovely and spacious sitting area on the side of the cottage is the perfect place for outdoor relaxing. Nice, safe neighborhood with reserved parking. Cottage is within 5 minutes of downtown Little Rock with access to restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely book again. Five - Stars all the way."

"8 out of 10- super helpful staff, quiet, and very affordable. Biggest knocks against it was the mattresses were very thin and had plastic sheeting on them. Parking was plenty, but didn’t feel comfortable with any valuables in the car as location is a sparsely populated downtown area. Still- great value. Solid stay."
