"Pros: The outside area was lovely, and i loved the fact the kitchen shutters opened up so the kitchen can be open plan. The staff in the rented accomodation just infront if the villa are so kind and helpful if you need anything - as is the host! "I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Café Hotel in Tenerife, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, John at the front desk was incredibly kind, explaining everything clearly—where the restaurants were, and all the facilities we could use. He was so cheerful, and we immediately felt warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was excellent—great condition, spotless rooms, and an overall pristine atmosphere. I also want to give special thanks to some truly remarkable people at Eden Pool: Karen and Ivan at the bar, and Daniela outside the bar. They served us drinks with such professionalism, always with a smile and exceptional service. Everything was beautiful, everything was extraordinary. The entire area was so clean, with a fantastic pool and great music from a DJ. The vibe at the hotel was so vibrant and perfect for relaxation, especially in the evening when the atmosphere became magical. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay."

"The Apartment was larger than expected and clean. The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people. The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill. Reception are great as are security. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) . Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well equipt....impressive actually. The maids will come in and do a great job of freshening up the place All in all a great stay and I would recommend for couples or families."

"We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package."
