「The most beautiful cabin I have ever stayed in. If you want magical volcano views this is the best place .」

「Beautiful property. Large with several different location experiences. A world class location」

「Pools were excellent」

「Right at the foot steps of valcano…」

「This hotel was closed for renovations but they offered chachagua resort as a replacement. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, driving is a little stressful to get there」

「This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano.」

「The staff were all professional, friendly, and extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very ample. The food is all really good. I have stayed here before, and would stay again, it is one of our favorite places near Arenal and La Fortuna.」

「Muy buen precio. Personal muy atento y servicial. Comida muy deliciosa. Gracias por todo.」

「Everything went great, and I like everything about the place. Beautiful place. The properties very clean. Safety, is Amazing. I Really recommend this place. ♥️🥰」
