"Booked through Expedia. When arrived to hotel they told me they didn’t have any rooms available that were clean. Had to cancel and ask for a refund. Was told I had to contact Expedia to get a refund. I then contact Expedia and was told I couldn’t get a refund due to property owner of hotel not answering. This is very upsetting. I do NOT recommend booking through Expedia. "

"The main issue was the wi-fi didn’t work. We were there for business purposes and couldn’t use the laptop. We had to use our own hot spot, which of course was a slower connection. There are no extras in room like blow dryer and iron… you need to request. The double beds are small, not queen size. The staff and service was the positive thing about our stay. "

Maybe put a rug over a portion of the foot of the bed and paint one of the walls a different color to make It homey but still easy. To keep clean.
