I like the beds, they’re more comfy than the Red Roof Inn. The front desk clerks, both guys, have attitude and are not professional at all. The rooms are decent but some showers work and some leak all night. Price is decent and better than Motel 6 but the truckers that stay there are noisy, so don’t expect to sleep well.

Rooms are decent but the customer service is lacking. Asked for a room away from loud people and front desk clerk replied “it’s a hotel, there’s going to be people.” He could’ve been professional about his response but instead was rude and gave attitude. I’ve stayed several times and always the same unprofessional attitude.

Idk if it’s because I reserve my room via Expedia or what but they gave me the exact same crappy room with holes in the drapes, smelly, leaky roof in shower and right across the pool with loud people drinking all night that I had two weeks prior and all the other rooms were vacant. The 2 clerks up front are not nice at all. The only reason I came back is cuz it’s close to where I gotta be. They need new desk clerks for sure.
