「Excellent staff!! My wife and I were there for a week. Very friendly, attentive and professional staff. Great facilities and dining! Very quiet, and calm. Definitely get a SUV car-the last km or so is unpaved roads-quite a drive but so worth it when you get to the property! Hope to be back.」
「Loved it! Super helpful at check-in telling us about everything that was available. We wrote horses for two hours at a very affordable price. The restaurant on site was was good and breakfast was wonderful. Hiking trails and views were amazing. Would definitely stay again. Nearest grocery and shopping were only about 15 minutes away in montevechi.」
「Located in the heart of Giole in chianti surrounded by a lot of winery. I have been here 9 years, but am feeling that this is more cogent place to stay for the break from city life. A little bit pricey comparing with other acommodation in this region though highly recommended.」
「This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.」
「Such a classic Tuscany location. Beautiful old Watermill turned into a hotel so it is very rustic. Cell phone service on the area is not good but WiFi seemed fine. Pools were nice but not too big and not a lot of space to accommodate all guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful. 」

「Beautiful resort! It’s away from crowds and traffic, situated in the countryside. Restaurant is very upscale. Sitting on the restaurant patio and looking at the rolling hills is an excellent way to spend an evening. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful. The resort is located at the end of a one lane road, so one must stay alert when driving in and out!」
