Welcome to your charming retreat in Arden, NC! This delightful yellow house, complete with a wrap-around porch, is nestled on a spacious .28-acre lot, making it the perfect family-friendly getaway. With ample room for everyone, this home features a king bed, queen bed, double bed, and twin bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gathering around on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy family game nights in the game room or relax on the deck while grilling on the gas grill.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including the bedroom with the twin over full bunk bed and 2 full bathrooms on that level. Downstairs is another living room area, bedroom and full bathroom.

This dog-friendly home also comes with essential amenities such as WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a firepit and patio area, you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors while creating lasting memories with loved ones. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Girls weekend!!

My friends and I spent the whole summer working at a summer camp and this house was the perfect way to end our time together before they went back to Australia and Florida. Plenty of space and rooms to accommodate the four of us and just all around everything that you need for a quiet getaway!
