"The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were also incredibly lucky — we could see the Northern Lights just by looking up from our room!"

"A nice camping place during one's stay in Kiruna. The staff is quite helpful and overall services are nice. It was a good stay for us as a family at Camp Alta."

"More towels, rugs in the entrance, bathroom and living space.
Toiletries in the bathroom and a few more comforts.
When the description stated rustic— it was literal!
Cute historical housing in charming town! Safe and walkable!
Property manager/owner was very helpful. "

"Vi bodde her fordi det var fullt inne i byen på grunn av Åge-konsertene. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, kunne godt bodd her i flere dager. Rent og pent. Godt utstyrt, herlig uteplass, god service"

"A really great place to stay.
This is a tiny house that is equipped with the most important things in a beautifully minimalistic manner without a lot of frills. The washrooms are in the main building, about 15 meters away, which is the only negative point. But if you can overlook it, you shouldn't miss it. It is located on the outskirts of Kiruna, which is why it is very quiet, especially at night. I haven't slept so well in a long time."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, check in and out process was smooth, room was very clean, hotel in a really good location (quite central).
The only one less point from me is that there are no kettles in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea or a hot drink."
"Junior suite was an excellent size for 4. A little dated, but no complaints. Excellent in-room amenities. Lots of storage space. Breakfast good. Pool complex fantastic - although water a little chilly! Great location, easy to park car (extra charge). Staff friendly and helpful. Would return and would recommend. "
"My stay was very good. Location is more than perfect and breakfast is very complete. It can be crowded at 8.30 but you'll always find where to seat. Bedrooms for one have little space for clothes. If they would correct that, it would be a ten for me"
"hotel is right in the center of the town, nice view of the water and mountains. Excellent breakfast with variety of foods, you will find something you like. Next to the pier for easy boarding of the cruise ship."
"Deserving of its good reviews. The staff is very nice and professional, and the food is very good. Room 111 is a little odd, certainly not quiet, in that it is right on the sidewalk. I'd recommend availding it."
"Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had lots of yummy healthy stuff and lovely pastries. The view was wow. Great coffee altogether a lovely experience. "
"Beware of undisclosed fees. When booking, the hotel is presented as offering amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, and hot tub. However, approximately three days before departure - we received an email stating that access to the pool/sauna/hot tub area would cost an additional 300 SEK (about $30) per person, per day. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and the timing left little opportunity to make alternative arrangements.
Beyond the unexpected fees, the overall standard of the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there were champagne corks left on the floor in our room. Several drawers were broken, and the shower did not drain properly, filling with water up to our ankles within minutes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
The spa and pool area, for which the additional daily fee is charged, appeared worn and poorly maintained. In the women’s changing and shower area, there was visible mold, broken lockers, and unclean floors. Given the extra cost, the condition of these facilities was particularly concerning.
Breakfast was acceptable, though not memorable.
There are many young staff members managing front desk and restaurant operations. They appeared to be doing their best, but the overall inexperience was noticeable and service lacked polish.
Overall, the combination of unclear pricing, additional last-minute fees, and maintenance concerns made this a disappointing stay. Transparency and improv"
