「My family was excited to spend the new year's weekend in east London as we were staying in a rural area just outside. The staff were fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable. Our only regret is the pool needed attention from the time we arrived and never got any up until we left. The pool was one of the draws and it was a bit too far gone for us to even clean with the basket ourselves (which we would have gladly done.) I loved though the space we had and the little braai area and kitchen....

「Had a mistake with the online booking this is a thing that we find can happen via a portal like hotels.com and has happened to us on a few occasions . The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view 」

「This was my first time staying at Hillcrest and it was so lovely! The owner and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. The location is convenience to restaurants, a mall, and the beach. I will definitely be back!」

「The place was convenient and people were easy, ironing boards, dryers available on request. Other guests were kind. The only thing was noticing the bed headboard being dirty, side stand with beautiful lamp also dirty.」
